How do I choose the right glove weight (oz)?
For bag work and general training, 12oz–14oz suits most adults; heavier 16oz gloves are common for sparring. Lighter gloves feel faster, heavier gloves offer more protection.
Do I need hand wraps underneath?
Yes, we strongly recommend wrapping your hands under these gloves. Wraps protect your knuckles and wrists and help the gloves last longer by absorbing sweat.
Can I use them on a heavy bag and for pads?
Absolutely. They're built for bag work, pad drills and technique training. Break them in gradually so the padding moulds to your hand.
How do I keep them from smelling?
Air them out after every session, never leave them sealed in your bag, and use wraps or glove deodorisers to soak up moisture.
